Snap the line - select the plate - cut the groove at the bottom of the plate - install the fixing parts - install the stone - calibrate and level - glue.

1、石材選用20mm厚珍珠花天然石材，表面拋光處理，石材表面應(yīng)干燥，含水不大于8%。

1. 20mm thick pearl flower natural stone shall be selected and polished. The stone surface shall be dry and the water content shall not be greater than 8%.

2、石材安裝前先對(duì)石材進(jìn)行挑選、使用一個(gè)門(mén)套石材色澤、花紋一致、挑出色差，正面貼臉為雙側(cè)磨邊、倒角。

2. Before stone installation, select the stone, use a door pocket, the stone color and pattern are consistent, pick out the color difference, and the front face is grinded and chamfered on both sides.

3、對(duì)安裝石材的結(jié)構(gòu)表面清理，放水平線(xiàn)、垂直線(xiàn)。

3. Clean the structural surface of stone installation, and set out horizontal and vertical lines.

4、用臺(tái)鉆在每塊板上、下面開(kāi)槽，槽寬為8mm，深度為12mm。

4. Use a bench drill to slot on and below each plate. The slot width is 8mm and the depth is 12mm.

5、用膨脹螺栓把角架固定，再把掛件固定在角架上。

5. Fix the angle frame with expansion bolts, and then fix the pendant on the angle frame.

6、石材開(kāi)槽，用大理石膠把石材固定在掛件上。

7、立面垂直，光面平整，接縫平直，接縫寬度，偏差允許2mm。

8、全部安裝完后，要對(duì)表面石材一次性清理。

9、安裝范圍以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電梯門(mén)口為基準(zhǔn)，地下范圍、設(shè)備夾層范圍、地上商業(yè)及住宅范圍，所有設(shè)置電梯門(mén)口部位，均安裝石材門(mén)套。

施工注意事項(xiàng)：

1、按各層需要的石材尺寸進(jìn)行選配確認(rèn)后搬運(yùn)到各使用部位。

2、安裝時(shí)應(yīng)保證同一門(mén)套上石材色澤一致，紋理相同，分段造型線(xiàn)條接頭截面一致。

2. During installation, it shall be ensured that the color and texture of the stone on the same door pocket are the same, and the sectional modeling line and joint section are the same.

3、安裝時(shí)一定要注意門(mén)套的垂直度、平整度。

4、對(duì)每塊側(cè)板和線(xiàn)條必須保證有2個(gè)掛件支撐，角鋼位置安裝準(zhǔn)確，中間增加加固點(diǎn)點(diǎn)位。確保門(mén)套石材牢固、穩(wěn)定。

4. Each side plate and line must be supported by two hangers, the position of angle steel shall be installed accurately, and the reinforcement point shall be added in the middle. Ensure that the door pocket stone is firm and stable.

5、靠電梯門(mén)框邊預(yù)留5—8mm，框邊四周必須預(yù)留一致。

5. 5-8mm shall be reserved near the elevator door frame edge, and the reservation around the frame edge must be consistent.

6、安裝電梯口門(mén)檻石時(shí)，電梯框邊與地磚應(yīng)有3mm的坡度。頂面石材外口應(yīng)與門(mén)框邊有2mm的斜度。

6. When installing the threshold stone at the elevator entrance, the elevator frame edge and the floor tile shall have a gradient of 3mm. The outer opening of the top stone shall have a slope of 2mm with the edge of the door frame.

7、側(cè)面線(xiàn)條與頂面線(xiàn)條碰45度角，碰角時(shí)必須嚴(yán)密、平整、縫隙內(nèi)不能留有余膠。若有余膠須及時(shí)清理干凈后再用勾縫劑進(jìn)行處理。線(xiàn)條造型須穩(wěn)合，大小一致。

7. The side line and the top line touch at an angle of 45 degrees. When touching the angle, it must be tight and flat, and there shall be no excess glue in the gap. If there is surplus glue, it must be cleaned in time and then treated with pointing agent. The line shape must be stable and consistent in size.

8、使用的干掛膠由云石膠打點(diǎn)后必須采用專(zhuān)用AB膠固定。

8. The dry hanging glue used must be fixed with special AB glue after being dotted with marble glue.

9、整套安裝完成后必須及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)色勾縫和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清理。

10、整套安裝完成后必須采取成品保護(hù)措施，尤其是石材陽(yáng)角須用泡沫護(hù)角包裹以防碰撞。
