一、工藝流程

　　1準備工作

　　1. Preparation work

　　包括人員準備、材料、機具準備、施工現場準備。在安排計劃時首先根據實際情況及工程進度計劃要求排好人員，材料、工器具準備是否充分，要檢查施工工作面的板塊是否到場或損壞的板塊，另外要檢查石材膠等材料及易耗品是否滿足使用。施工現場準備要在施工段留有足夠的場所滿足安裝需要。

　　Including personnel preparation, material and equipment preparation, and construction site preparation. When arranging the plan, the first step is to arrange personnel, materials, and tools according to the actual situation and project schedule requirements. It is necessary to check whether the construction work surface is present or damaged. 　　2材料要求

　　2 Material Requirements

　　(1)、花崗石:?是定尺定型電梯門套花崗石材，屬堅硬石材，石質細密，無腐蝕斑點，光潔度高，棱角齊全，色澤美觀，底面平整。按照設計和圖紙要求的規格、顏色等備料。但表面不得有隱傷、風化等缺陷。不宜用易褪色的材料包裝。

　　(1) Granite:? It is a fixed size granite stone for elevator door frames, which is a hard stone material with fine and fine texture, no corrosion spots, high smoothness, complete edges and corners, beautiful color, and a flat bottom surface. Prepare materials according to the specifications, colors, etc. required by the design and drawings. But there must be no hidden damage, weathering or other defects on the surface. Do not use materials that are prone to fading for packaging.

　　（2）、水泥：32.5普通硅酸鹽水泥，安定性必須合格，其初凝時間不得早于45min, 終凝不得遲于12小時，應有出廠證明或復試單，若出廠超過三個月應按試驗結果使用。

　　(2) Cement: 32.5 ordinary Portland cement, the stability must be qualified, its initial setting time must not be earlier than 45 minutes, and the final setting time must not be later than 12 hours. It should have a factory certificate or retest form. If it has been out of the factory for more than three months, it should be used according to the test results.

　　（3）、砂：采用中砂，用前過篩，潔凈，含泥量不得超過3%，無有機雜物。（4）、施工所用的其他材料及膠結材料的品種、摻和比例應符合設計、規格要求。

　　(3) Sand: Medium sand is used, sieved before use, clean, with a mud content not exceeding 3% and no organic impurities. (4) The variety and mixing ratio of other materials and bonding materials used in construction should meet the design and specification requirements.

　　3主要機具

　　3 main equipment

　　鐵板、半截大桶、小水桶、鋁合金靠尺、平鍬、手推車、塑料軟管、膠皮碗、噴壺、刀片式切割機（切槽孔、切割花崗石材用）、操作支架、臺鉆、鐵制水平尺、方尺、底尺、托線板、線墜、粉線包、高凳、木楔子、開刀、灰板和鉛皮（1mm厚）、木抹子、鐵抹子、大小錘子、小白線、銅絲、擦布或棉絲、老虎鉗子、小鏟、盒尺、水泥釘子、紅鉛筆、工具袋等。

　　三、檢查、驗收石材板塊

　　1檢查的內容有：

　　A、 Whether the size and specification errors are within the control range; B、 Is there any damage? Replace what needs to be replaced; C、 Is there any abnormal phenomenon with the adhesive.

　　四、彈線、分格石材

　　4、 Stretch lines and grid stone materials

　　1墻平面找基準線

　　Find the baseline for the wall plan

　　彈出電梯門兩側墻面50cm（或1m）水平基準線(各樓層水平標高控制線),吊掛門套豎線要綜合考慮花崗石門套與其他種類墻面的配合，同時要考慮石材門套本身平面的調節能力。每個平面的轉角均應吊豎直線。

　　Pop up a 50cm (or 1m) horizontal reference line (horizontal elevation control line for each floor) on both sides of the elevator door, and consider the coordination between the granite door frame and other types of walls when hanging the vertical line of the door frame. 　　2拉水平線

　　根據設計及施工實際情況確定石材門套的底邊位置，在兩條豎直線之間拉一條水平線。水平線和豎直線確定門套平面與兩側墻面平面應相穩合。

　　后一塊板的安裝以前一塊板及縱橫平面線為基準。其他與第一塊同。同時須注意調整門套的橫縫直線度，豎縫直線度，拼縫寬度允許偏差符合規范要求。

　　五、基層處理

　　5、 Grassroots treatment

　　1、電梯門洞尺寸誤差偏大時（大于50mm以上者），不宜采用磚砌，而應采C20細石砼澆筑處理。誤差在50mm以內者，采C20細石砼人工打底處理。一定要控制好門洞尺寸與門套花崗石粘貼尺寸相穩合。保證電梯門的使用尺寸。

　　1. When the size error of the elevator door opening is too large (greater than 50mm), brick masonry should not be used, and C20 fine aggregate concrete should be used for pouring treatment. For those with an error within 50mm, C20 fine aggregate concrete shall be used for manual base treatment. Be sure to control the size of the door opening and the size of the granite paste on the door frame to ensure stability. Ensure the use size of elevator doors.

　　2、電梯門洞尺寸誤差偏小時（在30mm以內者），采用1：2的水泥砂漿找補，先刷107膠素水泥漿一道（內摻水重10%的107膠），隨刷隨打底，分二遍操作。一定要控制好門洞尺寸與門套花崗石粘貼尺寸相穩合。

　　2. When the size error of the elevator door opening is small (within 30mm), a 1:2 cement mortar should be used to fill it. First, apply a layer of 107 glue cement slurry (mixed with 10% water by weight of 107 glue), and then apply the base layer as it is applied, divided into two layers. Be sure to control the size of the door opening and the size of the granite paste on the door frame to ensure stability.

　　3、電梯門部位及四周1m范圍內的內墻基層在門套粘貼前不能刮膩子灰，待門套粘貼完成后再進行其他裝飾工序。

　　3. The base layer of the interior wall within 1m around the elevator door cannot be scraped with putty before pasting the door frame. Other decoration processes can only be carried out after the door frame is pasted.

　　六、排塊材

　　6、 Block material

　　根據事先計算定制的門套花崗石塊材規格，進行排塊材試拼，確定無誤后再進行粘貼門套花崗石。

　　Based on the pre calculated specifications of customized door frame granite blocks, conduct trial assembly of the block materials, and after confirming their accuracy, proceed with pasting the door frame granite.

　　七、粘貼花崗石

　　7、 Paste granite

　　1、電梯門套花崗石采1：2水泥砂漿粘貼，門套基層要滿鋪砂漿。花崗石塊材基面刮素水泥漿再粘貼。灰縫控制在25mm。

　　1. The elevator door frame granite is pasted with 1:2 cement mortar, and the door frame base should be fully covered with mortar. Scrape the granite block base with plain cement slurry and then paste it. The mortar joint should be controlled at 25mm.

　　2、花崗石塊材上邊緣割槽穿銅絲，采用水泥釘固定在門套基層上，固定要穩固，防止后期掉落現象發生。

　　2. Cut grooves on the upper edge of the granite block and thread copper wire, fix it to the base of the door frame with cement nails, and fix it firmly to prevent it from falling off later.

　　3、剔槽：安裝前先將飾面板按照設計要求用臺鉆打眼，事先應釘木架使手提切割機直對板材上端面，在每塊板的上、下兩個面打槽，槽位打在距板寬的兩端1/4處，每個面各打兩個槽，槽徑為5mm，深度為12mm，槽位距花崗石板背面以8mm為宜（指打槽中心），豎槽一般居中，亦可偏外，但以不損壞外飾面和不反堿為宜，連同槽服形成象鼻眼，以備埋臥銅絲之用。

　　3. Groove cutting: Before installation, drill holes in the decorative panel with a bench drill according to the design requirements. A wooden frame should be nailed in advance to allow the handheld cutting machine to directly face the upper end surface of the board. Groove cutting should be done on the upper and lower surfaces of each board, with the groove position at 1/4 of the width from both ends of the board. Two grooves should be cut on each surface, with a groove diameter of 5mm and a depth of 12mm. The groove position should be 8mm away from the back of the granite slab (referring to the groove center). The vertical groove is generally centered or can be offset outward, but it is advisable not to damage the outer surface and not reverse alkali. Together with the groove cover, it forms an elephant trunk eye for burying copper wire.

　　4、將已濕潤的塊材抹上厚度為2～3mm的素水泥漿，內摻水重20%的107膠進行鑲貼（也可以用膠粉），用木錘輕敲，用靠尺找平找直。

　　4. Apply a 2-3mm thick layer of plain cement paste to the wet block material, and mix it with 20% water by weight of 107 glue for tiling (adhesive powder can also be used). Gently tap with a wooden hammer and use a ruler to level and straighten it.

　　5、安裝花崗石、磨光花崗石：按部位取石板并舒直銅絲，將石板就位，石板上口外仰，右手伸入石板背面，把石板上口銅絲綁扎在水泥鋼釘上。綁時不要太緊可留余量，只要把銅絲栓牢在水泥鋼釘上即可錨固。并用木楔子墊穩，塊材與基層間的縫用靠尺板檢查調整木楔，再拴緊銅絲，依次向另一方進行。第一層安裝完畢再用靠尺板找垂直，水平尺找平整，方尺找陰陽角方正，在安裝石板時如發現石板規格不準確或石板之間的空隙不符，應用鉛皮墊牢，使石板之間縫隙均勻一致，并保持第一層石板上口的平直。找完垂直、平整、方正后，使一層與二層石板結成一整體。

　　5. Install granite and polish granite: Take the stone slab according to the location and straighten the copper wire. Place the stone slab in place, tilt the upper opening of the stone slab outward, insert your right hand into the back of the stone slab, and tie the copper wire on the upper opening of the stone slab to the cement steel nail. When tying, do not tighten too tightly and leave enough space. Just fasten the copper wire firmly to the cement steel nail to anchor it. And use a wooden wedge to stabilize it, check and adjust the wooden wedge with a ruler for the gap between the block and the base layer, then tighten the copper wire and proceed to the other side in sequence. After the installation of the first layer is completed, use a ruler to find verticality, a level ruler to find flatness, and a square ruler to find square corners. If the specifications of the stone slab are inaccurate or the gaps between the stone slabs do not match during installation, use lead sheets to firmly pad them to make the gaps between the stone slabs uniform and consistent, and maintain the flatness of the upper opening of the first layer of stone slab. After finding a vertical, flat, and square shape, integrate the first and second layers of stone slabs into a whole.

　　八、表面清理、勾縫、擦縫

　　8、 Surface cleaning, jointing, and wiping

　　每道電梯門套花崗石全部安裝完畢后，清除花崗石門套上的余漿痕跡，用擦布擦洗干凈，并按花崗石石材顏色調制色漿補縫，邊補邊擦干凈，使縫隙密實、均勻、干凈、顏色一致。

　　After the installation of each elevator door frame granite is completed, remove any remaining mortar marks on the granite door frame, wipe it clean with a cloth, and mix color paste according to the color of the granite stone to fill the gaps. Clean the gaps while filling, making them dense, uniform, clean, and consistent in color.

　　九、質量驗收

　　9、 Quality acceptance

　　1、花崗石門套粘貼完一層樓后, 由班組長和幢號工長先自檢, 檢查無誤后, 在報項目經理復檢。檢查時按花崗石粘貼質量驗收標準進行全方位檢驗。

　　1. After the granite door frame is pasted on one floor of the building, the team leader and the building number foreman will conduct a self inspection first. After confirming that there are no errors, they will report to the project manager for re inspection. Conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the granite bonding quality acceptance standards during the inspection.

　　2、花崗石門套粘貼接縫高低平整, 接縫順直、光滑。立面垂直度不大于1 mm，表面平整度不大于2mm，陰陽角方正垂直度不大于2 mm，接縫直線度不大于2 mm等復查合格后，再進行下層花崗石門套粘貼。

　　2. The granite door frame has a smooth and straight joint with a flat height. After the verticality of the facade is not greater than 1 mm, the surface flatness is not greater than 2 mm, the verticality of the internal and external corners is not greater than 2 mm, and the straightness of the joints is not greater than 2 mm, etc. are rechecked and qualified, and then the lower granite door frame is pasted.

　　十、成品保護

　　10、 Finished product protection

　　1、要及時清理干凈殘留在門套上的砂漿、污垢，其他施工作業人員應加以保護，不得碰壞。2、合理安排水電氣設備安裝工序，不允許在花崗石粘貼好后再開孔鑿槽。3、對其他施工中可能發生碰損的入口，通道，陰陽角處應采取臨時保護措施。

　　1. It is necessary to promptly clean up the mortar and dirt remaining on the door frame, and other construction workers should protect it and not damage it. 2. Reasonably arrange the installation process of water, electricity, and gas equipment, and do not allow drilling or grooving after the granite is pasted. 3.
